OK, first I have already looked through the forums, there is nothing that I see that matches exactly. I purchased the deluxe Wii U kit. I was able to set it up and pair to the tablet with no issues. The tablet has always stayed paired to the main console. However, here is where the problem lies.. the Wii motes and the wii balance board will not stay paired. At all. Once the unit goes off, it loses all pairing. Every stinking time I start this piece of junk it has lost all peripheral bluetooth devices that are not the tablet. I purchased NEW with the Wii U, 2 black wiimote + remotes, and a pro controller. From my previous Wii I have my balance board. All of these devices are lost on power off.
I was able to copy my data from my Wii to the Wii U. 3 years of data came over, all my Wii fit+ data. I understand how this is supposed to work.
I am so sick of having to re-pair all of my BT peripherals each time I try to use this device. I am recommending to anyone that I can to NOT purchase this TRASH.
I had no issues like this with the Wii (for 3 years). The unit was removed from my AV shelving, and the Wii U was put in exactly the same place. If this is a case of bluetooth interference, then the BT controller on the Wii U must be the absolute worst possible.
I have a PS3 also, that has been setup for all this time, it has no similar issues with it's BT controllers.
