Spilled water on Wii U gamepad...

I just got the Wii U on tuesday, and was playing black ops 2 when I spilled some water on the wii u gamepad, it got on the right analog stick, the R button, and the right bumper not sure the name of that button. Before I turned off the controller, when I tried aiming down in the game the analog stick was fully down and it was aiming incredibly slow and it showed the mic symbol by my name but when I talked it didn't show that I was anymore either. Than I turned off the gamepad and now I don't know what to do help me, what should I do now?
