I was recently permanently banned from using Miiverse. I'll just start from the beginning. When I first started using Miiverse, I would try my best to not get my posts deleted, but once in a while, posts that weren't inappropriate were being deleted. Talking about metroid on the YouTube community would get deleted for being unrelated even though people would talk about Mario on that community, drawing a smiley face would get deleted, fully censoring potentially harmful content like this, "*****" would still get deleted, etc. Miiverse was getting stricter, then I got banned 3 times for no good reason. Then, I won't lie, I did make some inappropriate posts after my 3rd ban and my account got permanently banned. And I wasn't aware that the posts I made would get deleted because they all got deleted at the same time about 5 hours later after I posted them.
I called Nintendo about a week later to ask if it was possible for my account to be unbanned. A lady took my call and she would keep telling me that the moderators would probably not lift my ban due to the posts from my 4th ban. She would start dodging all of the things I would tell her about the first 3 unfair bans and how many of my not-inappropriate posts would get deleted. She would ignore me completely, would just keep saying that the stuff I posted from my 4th ban were bad, and said there was no way she could see stuff that I posted from about a few months ago. I wanted to explain some more stuff and tried to get her to listen to me, but she told me there was no way my ban would get lifted and eventually hung up.
So will Nintendo answer my call again even though I was told my ban wouldn't get lifted? I never really got to tell this person everything and she would really just ignore everything I told her. I know some people who read this will think, "Why would you call them again? It's pretty obvious you deserve this permanent ban." but I really need to tell someone else the full story.
