Since Nintendo can't seem to get their act together on digital downloads being locked to my dead returned system I will be returning my new system and wait till they get their act together and lock digital contact to your Nintendo id instead of the systems. Even MS and Sony got that one right. Sorry Nintendo you really screwed up on this.
