Amazon Prime App On Wii U

I know this has been posted before, but I hope those at Nintendo continue to read gripes from people. The most important thing, I think, is to keep the wheels squeeking until they're greased.

The Amazon Prime app is horrible:

1. It's slow as death. Not necessarily streaming movies, but just in general. Making a selection on screen, there is a delay.

2. Selection - in app - is horrible. You really have to go online and add movies/tv shows to your queue in order to find most of what's available. Not only that, it's just faster because the app is so sluggish.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY

3. It freezes constantly. It has hard froze my Wii U probably 6 out of the last 10 times I've used it, forcing me to unplug the power from the back of the console. I originally realized that it would freeze mostly when trying to close the app and go to the home menu. My solution was to just shut the system down while in the app, but when I was through watching my movie. Now it will freeze even when I hit the "stop" button on a movie and try to go to the main Amazon screen.

Guys and gals, please don't trash on me if you've read this a billion times. I've seen others have posted, but I'm so used to PC gaming and lack of support there. I expect support on a console. I'm fairly certain that Amazon makes the app, but where is there a "Reporting" option so that Amazon gets feedback on issues etc.

You know what, though? People have trashed this system; but it's the best system out there. The load times that people have complained about? They're not an issue. lol. People like to focus on anything to make something look bad. Besides the Amazon app, I haven't had any issues at all. The system ROCKS!

Wondering if anyone has heard of a solution to the Amazon app crash? My wifi is literally two feet away from my console. So, it's not my internet messing with things.

Thanks for listening, even if you've already read this several hundred times.
