Old icons in Warawara plaza!

Hey all. As some of you may know, there's a possible glitch on the Wii U today, resetting the icons in Warawara plaza to the default ones. I'm not the only one with this issue, as 2 other threads have been posted about it today.

Any fix? I DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT want to format the system memory.
