I've been permanently restricted on miiverse (non parental controls)

Hi there, my story begins with me waking up this morning, coming downstairs to play wii u! I saw that my Miiverse icon was flashing, so I opened it up and I had gotten a message from an Admin at Miiverse. It had said that I was permanently restricted on Miiverse! I had done nothing wrong and now I've been Restricted from doing things on Miiverse. Then I called nintendo, but they were busy. So I came on here for help! So I need a tech support member because, I am banned from Miiverse, and I did nothing wrong. Please help!
