Who can I contact for support regarding a ban on miiverse?
Basically the story is this:
Guy posts he likes Cosmo from Sonic X.
I draw Knuckles with Cosmo, which I guess upset him because she is normally with Tails.
He deleted my drawing, as well as many other posts from other people.
I tell him he's throwing a tantrum (while this MAYBE could be seen as a bullying/harassment, that is only strike 1 on my part).
He creates two new accounts, goes through the history of all my posts, and posts mean things everywhere.
I report his offenses but of course this doesn't matter to him because it's not his primary account. These were created for the sole purpose of harassing me, affording himself the bans.
He creates a THIRD account to continue harassing me.
In my defense, I tell him he must be really mad. The more he keeps on harassing me, the more I tell him he's crying.
By this time he has reported a lot of my comments, all of which are replies to his bullying, and now I'm banned from posting for two whole weeks.
It's obvious the administrator does not review each report thoroughly. They just look at the individual post and judge it out of context. This is apparent when they delete a single post in a thread, but there many other posts in the same thread that warrant deletion. Now this is where the report system is REALLY flawed. You cannot actually make a statement in the report, you can only select from a short list of simple descriptions such as "bullying." Otherwise, I could have explained my situation and perhaps avoided this result. This ineffective report system not only forced my hand to defend myself, but it also banned me unfairly.
