Wii U is a NIGHTMARE

Here's the deal. I bought a Wii U premium pack, with Mario/ZombiU on launch day. Just showin' some love for my favorite company. Out of the box however, the U came with a million different problems. It would disconnect from the internet at random times, forcing me to reset it. It produced a loud buzzing sound, my controller kept losing connection to the system, etc. So I sent it to the Big N, it was gone for 6 days, and I got a package in the mail 3 hours ago. I opened the letter included, and it said that instead of fixing my original U, they gave me a new one... Woohoo.

The new one didn't have any of my save data on it... which I found to be very irking, but dismissable. So I connected it to the net, and what do you know? Could not connect to internet. One of the same problems I had with my first one. So I called the customer service line, got referred to tier two. I entered a bunch of codes manually. Didn't work. So they assumed direct control of my Mac, rewrote a bunch of my wifi security information, and after an hour and a half, the U gets internet. Yay. The Nintendo rep then said that if I get any further error codes, I should call the service line again, and report it so they could add it to my existing case file.

So I pop in Mario, and all is well. For 5 seconds. "Connect to internet, and perform system update?" *clicks yes* "ERROR CODE 105-0642 COULD NOT PERFORM UPDATE". So again, I call Nintendo. I gave the tech my error code. "...... umm sir, would you mind being put on hold?" I agree. 12 minutes later he tells me that neither he, nor anyone else has ever seen/had that error code before, and I am the first. WHAT. AN. HONOR. He just wound up taking my number, and after the supervisors get done playing with my error code they will call me back, and we will go from there. AWESOME.

However, the tech mentioned his theory as to what was going on. He thought that the problem may have been caused when my U had all the data transferred from the old one, to my current one. He thought that if I were to delete my current account, it may eliminate the problem. However, it would delete my save data. I then told him I didn't have any save data, as my new U was blank when I received it. He said that shouldn't have been the case, and someone made a mistake. OH JOY. Thank you Nintendo.

Since I had nothing to lose, I deleted my User, created a new one, and......... Same problem. >.< So I call back like he asked, and reported that the deletion of my account did nothing, and he added it to my file. And that is where I stand.

Nintendo. I LOVE you. You make my favorite systems and games, and I have nothing but faith in the U. That being said, so far this thing is terrible. I loved playing it when it worked, but that is now a RARE occurence, and I can't update my games or anything. Please fix this, I really want to enjoy my games. My body is ready Nintendo. Are U?
