My Wii U has been disconnecting from the internet quite often. The only game I have besides Nintendo Land is Black Ops 2. When trying to go online, the "Connecting to Online Serivces" bubble appears and continues to load, then displays error messages with codes that change each time, usually regarding that I am not connected to a network. I went into my Internet settings and I am able to get 2 signal bars of connection, as my Wii U is in my living room and the router is located downstairs. Sometimes on the Wii U, menu, the background around my Mii will turn yellow, signifying that online services are not available. However, most of the time, it remains blue. When I load Miiverse, eShop, or other apps, they rarely load fully. Most of the time, it will load with some icons missing. While playing Black Ops 2, the "Connection Interrupted" screen will show up often, and I won't be able to get back online. I've tried altering the settings on the router. I've changed the wireless channel, and it works for a while, then goes back to disconnecting. Channel 11 does not work at all for me. I would call Nintendo now, but I can't get ahold of them, as they won't answer calls past 7 pm. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
