Been waiting for new games for the Wii U to be released for over 2 months and nothing. I recently saw a post of expected release dates for future games. Not interested in a single game listed. Remaking a Zelda game souded awesome when i heard it, but then see that the Zelda game that was being re-released is Windwaker and I saw a rumor that Majora's Mask may be the next Zelda remake. Really Nintendo? You find the worst 2 Zelda games ever made (Personal Opinion) and wanna remake 'em? (I haven't played any of the Zelda games for the Wii system, and never will, due to the fact that i prefer to use a controller over a motion sensitive stick to wave around). I think that the best Zelda game made was 'A Link to the Past' on the SNES. If you remake one, do that one.
Never been a fan of the motion sensitive gaming. I don't understand why I'm required to swing a controller around to play ALL nintendo games now. Some people like it, I personally hate it. I bought the original Wii out of ignorance and wish i never bought it. Once again (because I'm an idiot and saw a normal controller offered) i bought a Wii U and still stuck with the same games that require swinging a controller around. For playing in confined tight spaces, its a nightmare and dangerous. They can't make games compatible with normal controllers?
I admire Nintendo for being the pioneer in new video game technology, but not all of us wanna throw out our back or shoulder from a video game. My arms and legs already feel like they are about to fall off after comming back from the gym, and just relaxing and playing a game when i get home on a Nintendo system just can't be done. Both the PS3 and XBOX 360 have the idea, let nintendo build and design the new gaming platform and ideas, then steal the technology, perfect it and make it usable for everyone.
I have many friends with xbox's and playstation's. I'm the only one i know with a nintendo, and none of my friends even like nintendo for the exact same reason.
