Lego City: Undercover makes strange noise when I put the disk in.

Today I got Lego City: Undercover. I was about to insert the disk but I it wasn't in the right angle so it gets "sucked in" perfectly so I moved it and the Wii U started sucking without the disk. Now I assured myself it was in the right angle so I put it in and the Wii U started to suck it in but with some quickly noise (it was fast). It sounded like the Wii U was reading it, but like it was hard to. I looked at my GamePad and it hadn't recognized it yet, and  I thought "Oh, I think I messed the disc reader or something". Then, I turned off the console and then turned it on again, and decided to try again. I put the disk again and it started with that quick noise (the same one described above) and I thought that the disk reader was really messed up but after a while it recognized Lego City: Undercover and the noise disappeared, and played the game with no problems for about half an hour. After finishing playing I went back to the menu and heard that sound for a very short time. So I decided to try with another game. I tried with New Super Mario Bros U and I had no strange sounds and it was recognized fast. I was relieved that it only happened with Lego City: Undercover. So, does this happen when you put Lego City: Undercover, or is it my Wii U? Please answer.
