This is just ridiculous. An update deleted save files for my game. Why did this happen? Is this acceptable for Nintendo to release such shady updates? Did they even test this? I know a LOT of people (almost everyone who owns the game) reported that this update corrupted or deleted their save completely. What is this nonsense?
Also, a "next-gen" console with no multimedia support? What is this ********? A console from 2005 could playback videos and music from a USB drive, but not the Wii U. Oh, want to view some pictures? Too bad. Want to watch a movie or view a photo or slideshow? Too bad. Not even any DVD or CD playback available. Nintendo's advice for people who want to actually do other things other than playing games is: buy a PS3 or Xbox, basically.
I'll surely be returning or selling my console, this is just unacceptable.
Nintendo just hasn't thought out this system well enough before the launch.
Also, Miiverse is a pile of garbage.
