My Wii U just arrived today and after setting everything up I come up at an impasse. The instructions on the TV tell me to press the sync button on the Wii U but it does nothing at all. Absolutely nothing. The Wii U controller's sync button works as it takes me to the screen where you see the suit symbols but my TV still has the same instructions telling me to press the sync button on the Wii U. I've tried turning off any wireless devices in the area and still nothing.
So I'm wondering if I got a Wii U with a broken sync button.
