Help: Wii U connects to network device but not internet (2 different passwords)

Hello all, I moved to a new apartment and my wifi is a little more complex here. The issue is that, for my pc, in order to gain internet access I have to enter a generic password to connect to the network device, then when I attempt to go online I am prompted to enter my personal account id and password.

However, the Wii U only asks for the first password and then says that I successfully connected to the network device but not to the internet. I am not sure what to do, any help will be appreciated.

Also, there are no other internet options.
