I've read the tech support article on Nintendo's website but I just can't seem to get it to work! My gamepad works perfectly with my cable box as well as my television with one rather annoying exception: I can't change my television's inputs.
When I enter "TV Control" mode on my gamepad and press "INPUT" in the "TV" box, my television displays a list of inputs such as "HDMI 1," "HDMI 2" and so forth. However, I have no way of selecting an input. I've tried everything I can think of. The directional pad does not work, the analog sticks, A,B,X,Y. There is just not a way that I can figure out how to select a different input.
Is there anything I can do to make this feature work? It would be perfect if I could change my TV's input from my Wii U to my cable box and whatnot. It's frustrating that I can't do this at the moment. Image may be NSFW.
