Hello, I have just bought a brand new Zelda themed Wii U console, however, no matter what I try I cannot get my cursor to show up, and therefore cannot play any of my Wii games. This is highly frustrating and is only made worse by the fact I've tried five different controllers- some with Wii Motion Plus, some , and one was a classic controller made for the Wii/Wii U. I've tried everything. I've e-mailed and only recieved a link to a useless FAQ and a noncommittal hope this helps. I've called their support number but it is always a bad time and the automated interface wants to read to me about power supplies and hang up on me. Absolutely no help is being given by the Nintendo community and I am at my wit's end. Please help , I dont want to have return this but this is my last option before it goes right back. This is useless to me if I cannot use my remotes. Also, I have tried the sensitivity settings in the menu, I had to point far to my right for the dots to even appear, and I mean completely opposite of the television. I've heard the only way to fix this is to play a Wii Motion plus game and callibrate it, but the only way to even open the game is to point and click, which I cannot do. I can open the home menu, my buttons work fine, just no pointer.
