Hello, I am having an issue using my GamePad. The touchscreen is unresponsive on the menu screen, and using any other controls, aside from the X button, does nothing. Pressing the X button to switch the GamePad display to the Warawara Plaza is still functional, and oddly enough all controls except for the touchscreen still work. I have followed the online support for fixing the touchscreen, and nothing seems to work. I am not using a screen protector either, and there appears to be no noticable damage to the device. Can anyone help?
