I've tried multiple headsets/headphones and none of them will insert fully into the headphone port on my gamepad. I've tried calling Nintendo's support line several times now but every time I get the message "You've caught us at a really busy time and there are no available specialists to take your call right now." I sent an e-mail but the reponse just said to either call or go through the online troubleshooting steps. I can't find anything about this issue in the troubleshooting steps. So, that just leaves calling, but every time I call I can't get through to anybody. What do I do at this point?
