Gamepad Will not sync to Nintendo Wii U console. Need help.

Hopefully someone will help me. I am new to the forums and just joined today. I am having some problems with my Wii U and I don't know where else to go to, I've talked to someone on tech support by phone and I got some help but I forgot what I was told to do, so hopefully someone can get some help. It all started with my Wii Remotes not syncing properly, I tried both of them and they didn't work right. And after that I decided to reformat the whole console and see if that'll fix my problem, it only made things worse. BEFORE anyone starts saying anything, like I said, I talked to the guy on customer support VIA phone and he said I would have to send in my console to get it in for repairs and I don't know how to do that and he gave me a phone number to call the repair store. But I lost the number and I don't know who to talk to about my problem. I really want to get my Wii U fixed so I can play my LoZ Wind Waker HD and Skyward Sword games. The other problem I'm having is when I try to sycn my GAMEPAD, it WILL NOT connect to the console. I followed all of the tutorials on the troubleshooting guides, and I even looked at youtube videos to get it working, nothing helped. And when I mean by when the Gamepad will not synch it wont at all. There is nothing wrong with the gamepad its self, it works fine. Perfectly well. But when I try to sync the Gamepad to the Wii U console, you know how there is SUPPOSE to by symbols on the TV? Type in the symbols you see on the TV into the gamepad to get it to sync, the Wii U display on my HDTV is on it shows the white screen with the instructions in English and Spanish and other languages, but it will not show the Symbols at ALL when I have the symbol buttons on my Gamepad showing. Does anyone know what I should do? This has been stressing me out to the point where I want to give up and I'm really frustrated especially with all the new games coming out for the Wii U. I had the console after lauch and I've been having problems ever since. I never had any problems before. I lost all my saved data from when I transfered all my Wii saved files and VC games like LoZ OoT and MM and my Skyward Sword saved files, and I lost my Super Mario 64 game I paid for as well. "Had to start over" If anyone can get me any help I would appreciate it. The guy was nice on the phone but I don't feel like explaining everything to him on the phone again, He DID gave me a phone number to set up repairs for my console and gave me the full price on the getting the console and he he walked me through some guides and I don't know what to do next. And this was months ago. So if anyone can help me out I would be appreciated. Sorry if I sound alittle frustrated. Been wanting to get this thing fixed for awhile now and I don't know where to go to and I've lost that number he gave me. Thanks in advice! If someone can get back to me as soon as possible. I would really appreciate it. I tried emailing customer support but I had no help at all and I really don't want to look through guides I've already tried numerous times. All I wanna do is play my games and the new ones comin out. Thanks.
