Error code 105-3102 wii U

Hey guys, i'm having troubles when trying to update my Wii U, getting the error code:105-3102 and it says "An error has occured. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please make note of the error code and visit support.nintendo.com". i've been looking for solutions but can't find, anyone could help me? thanks, i'm really frustrated because i can't go and buy the mk8 DLC, I can't update the console. I've lost all my contents, all my data because I thought that formating the wii U the problem will solve but nothing happened
