Hi there, I've been playing Smash Bros for the Wii U pretty frequently with my Wii U Pro Controller as my controller of choice, but sadly some odd things are happening. It seems that every once in a while, the controller seems to have a minor desync with the Wii U console itself or something, where button inputs are either "eaten" or majorly delayed, resulting in 3~4 seconds of nothing registering to rapidly hitting all previous inputs at once. On top of that, the controller will sometimes have a period of about 5 seconds of the controller not registering buttons and then it completely turning off, having to reconnect the controller.
This isn't a brand new controller by any means, and I've had this completely charged with the same issues occuring. I'm sitting around 5 feet from the console itself so I don't suppose it's a distance issue. My only guess is that it might have a defective wireless part inside the controller itself, a bad battery, or the Wii U console sitting next to my wireless router causing wireless interference. Has Nintendo had issues with this before, and is there any kind of fix to this? Thanks in advance!
