So after sending in my Wii U for repairs a few days ago, they sent me two emails 2 hours ago containing nothing. The titles were:
Shipping Confirmation for Nintendo Repair Order #{/DELIVERY/SERVICE_REQUESTS/SERVICE_REQ/ORDER_HEADERS/ORDER_HEADER/ORDER_NUMBER}
I'm assuming its to confirm that they have shipped the Wii U back to me, but should I call in or email them to clarify?
