Hello, I have recently bought F-Zero for the wii u virtual console, and the page on the wii u browser was acting a but weird, with Wario protecting my coins and stuff, but I used the back arrow when I tried to get the code, but Wario would protect my coins, and so eventually when I finally bought the F-Zero, I had gotten charged twice for the game. I was wondering if I could refund my coins, or just give the download code in exchange for the 1080 snowboarding (because I was planning on getting that as well.)

Gamecube game stuck in Wii U?
My mom is not good with technology and decided to put a game in my Wii U for my 7 year old nephew while I wasn't home. She didn't know it was a Gamecube game and now it is stuck. Is there any way to get it out? I really don't want to send it into Nintendo because I use it to watch Netflix and play Zelda which is downloaded onto it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Wii U Gamepad Analoge Stick Weird
Hello,
My analoge sticks of the gamepad feels weird when rotating.
It feels like something sharp is hitting the analoge sticks.
It feels much smoother if i play on it for a hour.
After i dont play it for a hour it is not smooth anymore.
I haven't played much with the gamepad.
If i play much witht the gamepad will it be smoother?
Because rotating the analoge sticks are not smooth.

Wii U Pro Controller Lacking Precision
So this is an interesting problem which i have been encountering, I have Call of Duty: Ghosts for the Wii U and I usually play it with a friend in the split mode, I on the gamepad and him using my pro controller on our big hd tv. He also seems to struggle with the game and said it wasnt precise enough, I eventually tried it and it just seems to not control fluidly. If you press the stick slightly the crosshair would move way to much making it very difficult to aim. Not really sure if there is a workaround but Id like to hear so suggestions if anyone has some.

Nintendo Network ID question
Hello,
I just got a Wii U today and I have a question about linking a NNID between a 3DS and a Wii U. Back when Miiverse was released on 3DS I did not have a Wii U, so I created a new ID on my 3DS. I know it's possible for Wii U users to link and existing ID to their 3DS, but does this process work the other way around too? I mean, if I want to link my 3DS-created ID to my new Wii U, is this possible? I suppose it is, but I just wanted to ask first, just in case.

TV Remote Function No Longer Working
I used to have the remote function work for my Vizio TV but it no longer does. I brought the Wii U to a friends house and then brought it back home so was using different TVs obviously. But now it will not even recognize it through the TV Remote setup process.
Any ideas?

Several mysterious problems, I'm concerned...
Hi, this is my first post here so be gentle please. I'm a loyal Nintendo fan and enjoy all my products very well, and have never had any serious problems with them. However, after our move strange things are starting to happen on my Wii U, and it has me concerned...
Just a brief timeline after the move:
-Purchased Injustice: Gods Among Us, and Zombie DLC
-Dropped the Gamepad, but it still functions and works fine
-Downloaded Demos of four games (ZombiU, Wonderful 101, Sega and Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed, Trine 2)
-Purchased NES Remix
Now here's the 'mysterious' problems I've been having.
-Games seem to freeze every now and then suddenly, I had no problems with this before, but now I do. Even Disc games do it (Though only tested with Call of Duty: Black Ops II and Ghosts, both have frozen randomly)
-Injustice: Gods Among Us always freezes on a certain point in the story. Shortly after Cyborg fights Lex Luthor I believe it is, Superman and Wonderwoman start walking in a cutscene and then boom, freeze.
-The System seems to take longer to save games and load games, though this just may be me.
-And finally, the most jarring problem, one with a First Party title of all things! NES Remix starts loading, the image comes up on the gamepad and television screen, the music loops until it eventually stops, and it just sits there.
I've paid good money for my console and all the games, and not even being able to play NES Remix is quite upsetting.
Some console information:
-No Homebrew applications or modifications to console
-No SD Card inserted
-135? GB Hard Drive plugged in, dual-USB power source.
-All games besides the two Call of Duty games, and Nintendo Land, have been purchased digitally and downloaded to the Hard Drive.
-32GB Black Wii U Zelda Wind Waker Limited Edition
-Not even a year old console
-Treated with good care
I'm clueless and really this is all unsettling. Does anyone have any solutions?
PS: A secondary question as well, though this is probably the wrong section, and this one isn't as high of a priority anyway, so.
I digitally downloaded Super Mario 3D World, yet Club Nintendo wants a PIN# to get my 60 coins. What's up with that?

Touchscreen, control sticks, D-Pad and A B Y buttons of GamePad are unresponsive
Hello, I am having an issue using my GamePad. The touchscreen is unresponsive on the menu screen, and using any other controls, aside from the X button, does nothing. Pressing the X button to switch the GamePad display to the Warawara Plaza is still functional, and oddly enough all controls except for the touchscreen still work. I have followed the online support for fixing the touchscreen, and nothing seems to work. I am not using a screen protector either, and there appears to be no noticable damage to the device. Can anyone help?

Is this a common issue?
I have problems with my gamepad, every time I open the browser the gamepad goes crazy and starts to activate the X button automatically,
when back to the menu it start to change screens automatically too and I can't even play my games and virtual console games and indies for the same problem. I have to use the classic controller to play some games. Anyone can answer is this is a common issue?

Mode Not Supported
So back in august i had my game pad stolen. I just recently got a new game pad and am unable to sync it to my Wii U because when i connect my Wii U to the tv, the tv says the mode isnt supported. i have tried two different hdmi cables. and i have no problem with connceting my ps3 to the tv. is there a way i can reset settings on my Wii U without using a tv or game pad (for example if ye hold down the power button on the ps3 it will do a soft reset on the settings) or is there a way to sync my new gamepad to my Wii U with out having to put the symbols in the right order?

Just picked up supermario3dworld and its not working....HELP!!
I just picked up my copy of the new super mario for wiiu.when i get home and insert the game and click to load the game the super mario sceensaver comes out and it just stays loading, I thought it was downloading something but it stayed like this for 20 minutes.. then i noticed it just wasnt loading.But the theme music stays on.i thought it was my wiiu so i tried loading nintendo land and zombie u and they worked perfectly.PLEASE help!!!!!! i made a video to show u what exactly i mean if it help ..thank you

Redeem Download Code After Factory Reset

Can't get Super Mario RPG won't show up in the Wii U menu

Wii menu no longer works on WiiU after 4.0.0 update
Wii menu used to work then the update came. Now when trying to open the Wii Menu on the main Wii U screen we get to choose either the tv or tv and gamepad display option. No matter which you choose the tv option turns the screen green and purple and says wii menu can't be opened and select try again. The tv and gamepad option does the exact same thing. Please help. After the update we can't play any wii games.

Club Nintendo PIN not working?
I just purchased Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games Sochi 2014, but when I enter the PIN it says the code has already been redeemed, however I bought the game sealed and have been the only one with access to the code.. Is there any way I can still get my coins? I'm soo close to Platinum..

Do you need the Wii U game pad to play Wii U games? Just was curious because we got a Wii U console and it came with the basic controllers for the Wii U but not a game pad. I did not want to buy a Wii U game and then come to find out that it requires the game pad. Thanks!

I want DTS 5.1!
We do not have third-party companies making games, the console does not have optical output, is not able to run Bluray or DVD, insist on locking by region, offer no support for online games.
I do not care if the console are with the lowest graphics. But at least let me play with sound quality 5.1. Or at least let me watch Netflix with 5.1 sound without having to search for any sound system with outdated technology can decode LPCM 5.1. Am i forced to use the PS3?
Nintendo, sometimes I think someone's playing against internally. You insist on making things difficult.
Sorry for the outburst. I'm a big fan, but I swear in the future if you limit the console I do not buy anything else from Nintendo.

No Coins for registration?
Hello,
I registered my Wii U on my Club Nintendo account and it seems like I didn't get any coins, nor do I see a survey. Is this normal? All I got was a page telling me to link my eShop account to my Club Nintendo account, which I had already done since I liked my NNID that I use on my 3DS. The Wii U does show up in my list of registered products though.
