Hello, I have a deluxe Wii U that I bought shortly after launch and ever since I got it it has had problems with connecting to my internet. At first I thought it was just my Wii U but then I looked it up and saw others had been having the same trouble. The trouble with mine is that the router is two rooms away and is old so the connection isn't too good, I assume. Through trial and error and after about 7,000 times of getting an error code, I managed through the first update. The very first. But now that the new one is released, it will not update. It starts to, and about every 20 seconds gets an error code. Does anyone know what the problem is or how I could strengthen the connection from the console to the router?
None of my other electronics in the house have any trouble connecting: Wii, 3DS, kindle fire, DSi XL, and two computers, they all work fine. But the Wii U is the only one that doesn't. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
