Hi. Trying to play Wind Waker HD again after a month or so break. However when I put the game in and start it up, it freezes on the screen before the game actually starts; the blue hyroglphics. I've put another game in, 3D world, and that works just fine. The Wind Waker HD is absolutely clean, not even a smudge. The music that plays during this loops forever. Any ideas on what is wrong? Thanks.

Just picked up supermario3dworld and its not working....HELP!!
I just picked up my copy of the new super mario for wiiu.when i get home and insert the game and click to load the game the super mario sceensaver comes out and it just stays loading, I thought it was downloading something but it stayed like this for 20 minutes.. then i noticed it just wasnt loading.But the theme music stays on.i thought it was my wiiu so i tried loading nintendo land and zombie u and they worked perfectly.PLEASE help!!!!!! i made a video to show u what exactly i mean if it help ..thank you

Warranty HELP!
Hello,
I bought my Wii U aproximately a month ago, but the left analog stick on my gamepad is not working well. I called my local Nintendo warranty provider and they said that I needed the original receipt that I got when I bought the console. The problem is that I moved like 2 weeks ago and I can't find my receipt anywhere! However, I registered my console in Club Nintendo and they said that my warranty was extended for 90 days more. Now, Is the receipt the only way to prove that my console is still within the warranty? Does the registration in Club Nintendo prove anything? pleasee I need to know! My console is new and I don't want to pay like $150 for a new gamepad!

Lag/Stream interuptions with Wii U High Capacity Battery
Howdy -
So I finally got the High-Capacity battery in the mail this week from the Nintendo Online Store, but I've seem to run into a problem and I'm not sure if its caused by the newer, larger battery, or something that happed the that happened to the gamepad before hand.
My problem is that since I've had the new battery, I've notice a lot of interuptions on the gamepad, as if I were playing in another room or farther away from the gamepad. Even then I'm sitting in the same room as the system, I'm getting frequent pauses and interuptions on the screen. Although they last no more than a half a second at the most, some times 3 or 4 of them will happen within a 10 second period.
I didn't notice this problem before I put in the battery, so I'm wondering if its the problem. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

Wii fit meter reset?
Is it possible to unregister a fit meter from a previous save game after that save data has been deleted? I recently had to reset the data on my wii u to fix a software issue I'd run into and forgot to back up my save games. Now after creating a new game data file It says I cannot use my wii fit meter without resetting it. Problem is the only way I've seen to reset a fit meter is in game while loaded under the registered user. do I have a mildly ineffective paperweight now?

How do you take new profile pic in Wii Fit U
When I initially created a profile the camera activated and I was given an option to take a pic of my face. My hair was a messed so I declined. A message said I would be able to do this later if I wanted to, but I cannot figure out how to do this. Does anyone know how to get this done?

Battery Replacement for Wii U Pro Controller
I have a Wii U Pro Controller then when it is hooked up via USB it works perfect but the second its disconnected it's dead. The problem has to be with the battery pack itself. Is there anyway I can get a replacement for just the battery pack or does the whole thing need to be sent it for repair?

Wii U Gamepad display everything in pink
Hello everybody.
I have a problem with my gamepad. When i turn on the console, it displays correct collours on TV but gamepad after pairing shows everything what should be white in pink. When I unplug the power cord from the console and turn gamepad on screen displays perfectly. Anyone have an idea what seems to be the problem?

Nintendo Nightmare.
I am no longer a Fan of Nintendo and have found their service dissappointing. I sent my Wii U in for repairs and was learned that it was being returned and with a tracking number. Well I tried the tracking number, useless. Called and learned that console was sent to wrong address. They even tried the number they gave me for tracking and have no idea what that number was for seeing how it didnt work. I would have to wait to see if the package gets returned! Was given a number to call and chatted with some one important about my matter and was told as soon as they would get it he would make sure it got out that same day overnight. I understand this is huge company and they would be asking alot.
Well after this morning after getting transfered many times I was told that they had the system returned to them a few days ago. YEAH! And they would send it out in two days under UPS with a new tracking number and was assured it would be sent out and it was there. They would contact me with the tracking number. Good, I was happy and stepped out. Well, I got a messages from Nintendo that they Did Not have my system and they had no idea where it was, there was no sign of it, But wait, they told me they had it. As it stands now, they cant do anything, we're sorry. Wait, they cant do anything??!? They would have to wait awhile before they can decide what to do. They got the address wrong and they provided a tracking number that even they dont know what it is and so I get the poor side of this deal.
I made sure all the info was right before sending the Wii U because they got some info wrong. The call service person even read all the info back to make sure, but when I got the info back again, it was wrong. They got the wrong name and shipping address. And they said their info stated I sent in a Wii, not Wii U and I sent them the console thru USPS. Info stated to send in thru UPS only which I did and even have the reciept. I MADE sure the info was right and they know this from the recorded phone call. Now I have no console and just lost all that money. Thank you Nintendo.

In the wii Fit U trial, is it possible to delete the registration of the fit meter and re-register it under a different user without loosing access to the software, now that the trial time period has expired.

I'm not sure what version of Flash it's on,but if I go on youtube,it says i need to upgrade my flash player.The latest version of Flash Player at this time is Flash Player 11.It need support for that.

Gamepad wont turn on console
My gamepads power button will not turn on my console, or even the gamepad itself. Not will the tv remote button work while the console is off. But if i turn on the console itself, then the gamepad cuts on and all problems are gone. I can then use the tv button and use the power button to cut it off but once its off the problem is right back. Ive tried unpluggin the console overnight and pretty much everything i could think of. Is there anyway to fix this other than sending it in for repairs?

Mario and sonic at sochi online hacker??
hello, this is a mix of a warning and a question, depending on how much of what i know is right. I was playing Mario and sonic at Sochi 2014 online play (winter Sports champion race) and i can across a mii who name was Fat so. i began playing and after i picked my character sonic, the character square with sonic went black, and during gameplay i was given wario and Fat so had sonic. during gameplay both Fat so and game ai appeared to be jumping around the course, consistantly, passing me, and, for lack of better words, teleporting. i remember one instance of this in Mario kart 7 on 3DS. and during the medal ceremony cutscene a loud hissing noise was heard. Was this a hacker? and if so, be warned, don't play against him!

WiiU Error code: 150-1031?
I have three WiiU games and so far out of the three I have, only two of them work. The game I can't get to work is Sonic and Sega All-stars Racing: Transformed. I had one copy of the game disc that would just freeze at the title screen and I went back and exchanged it for another one and now when the game is loading the levels I get at least two to three error codes of: 150-1031 saying the disc is dirty and should be cleaned but the disc itself is spotless. I tried doing a search on Nintendo's website here for the error code but it is not found. Is this the WiiU's issue or the games? Do I have to go back and exchange it for a third copy???

Wii U console won't turn on
I tried to turn on my Wii U using the game pad and it said that I needed to get closer to the console. I got next to it and the same thing ocurred. I tried using the power button on the console and nothing happened. The power supply is plugged in, I've tried using different outlets and nothing happens. Any ideas?

Downloads are abysmally slow.
Hello everyone. Today the Wii U I purchased came in. I went through all the updating and whatnot, which took rougly ten hours, but I didn't mind. When I was done, I downloaded the YouTube app which is 64mb. It took me almost an hour and thirty minutes! A similarly sized file downloaded on my PC would take a little over one minute.
My router is positioned roughly 5ft away from my Wii U. I have no idea why it's so slow, but googling answers showed that many people had similar problems but no definitive answers. If anyone knows how to help, please tell me anything you can. Thanks in advance.

Wii U not reading Wii games anymore
I would like to know if there's any solution to my problem (hopefully not shipping my Wii U back to Nintendo for repairs). Around summer time, I was able to play my Skyward Sword game in my Wii U, but now it also has the problem of not reading any original Wii disc. The Wii U will atempt to read it, but stops and says there is no disc to read. I haven't done anything to the console except for playing the compatible Wii U games, making sure it is updated and play downloaded games.

Close Knit for Wii Party U not working
This game worked one time and now none of the controls work. I've gone thru the tutorial countless times just thinking I was stupid and missed something. Now Close Knit is the first game that pops up for every board game and Balldozer so we have to reset. I tried having CPU's play to get us past this horrid game but they do nothing as well. I really enjoy this game with my family but want to play the board games again. Any ideas what I should do.

Wii U suddenly stopped outputting audio in Wii Mode
Today I was playing Twilight Princess on my Wii U. I was in the last part when Ganondorf is a pig and you need yo chase him around... Anyway after a few minutes I couldn't hear anything! I was surprised and thought it could be an effect from the game, but I heard absolutely nothing. i pressed the home button on my Wii Mote but no sound. I even turned up the volume even more on my TV to be sure (it wasn't muted). Went to the Wii Menu, still nothing. i booted up the Wii U menu through the Wii menu (too many Wii's 
) and the sound was back! I wanted to keep playing so I inserted the disc again (I removed it after booting up the Wii U menu), went to Wii mode and finished the game. 
So emotional... Everything worked fine, the sound was perfect , but I'm afraid it may happen again. This had never happened in any sort way so I'm kind of confused. Any idea of what could'vd happened? Was it a glitch? Should i be worried?
