Hi, my gamepad simply stopped working. It doesn't even charge. Tried to swap batteries, and other steps on support page and nothing worked. Tried another charger too.
Problem is, I live in Brazil and there is no repair center here. And my gamepad is one of Zelda Limited Edition's. Is there a way to buy a replacement direct from nintendo without sending mine first? Since shipping costs are high.
IT seems the dvd can't be read with my original wii, but when i bought it, it says it's compatible with the old wii
My boys have shared a Wii, now one of them has bought a WiiU. The one with the WiiU doesn't want all the data on his new device, and the other one wants to keep his stuff. And the only things we are interested in moving is two downloaded games. Is it possible to move only theese two games to the WiiU?
I just bought the new Skylanders Trap Team game today and am unable to use my two WIIU Pro controllers instead of the Gamepad and 1 WIIU Pro controller. I'm not sure if its because of the new updates or what. On the other Skylanders Swap Force game, I was able to use just my Pro controllers. I searched through all the settings trying to find a way to only use my Pro controllers instead of the Gamepad and 1 Pro controller, but there doesn't seem to be any setting for that. I also tried reordering the controls to make the Gamepad number 3 and the Pro controllers 1 and 2 but that didn't work either. Does anyone have any suggestions? Perhaps a way to roll back the WIIU update? I can still play the game but I don't like that I have to use the Gamepad and someone else gets to use the Pro controllers. Thanks in advance!
I registered my copy of Hyrule Warriors on Club Nintendo and got the code to download the Demon King Costume Set DLC, but when I enter it in the E-shop, I get an error saying that the product is not currently being distributed. I live in the Bahamas and my NNID and Wii U system are both set to the Bahamas as my location. Am I going to have to change it to the USA and make a new NNID to make this work?

I purchased Hyrule Warriors off of the E-shop without realizing that my Wii u had signed me out of Club nintendo and now it won't let me download the demon king DLC because I apparently "purchased the game before linking Club Nintendo"
Hello! Recently I tried booting up Skyward Sword on my Wii U, and it looked terrible--extremely pixelated, so much so that I could not play it without being distracted.
I am using a 1080p TV, and in my Wii U settings it is definitely set to 1080p; I double checked. I am also using an HDMI cable.
A bit of Googling suggested I try changing the output settings in the Wii menu--but when I am in the Wii menu, there is no settings icon. Perhaps i missed it or I need to go an alternate way, but I can't find one at all.
When I played Skyward Sword on the Wii on a TV that was not as nice as this one it looked absolutely gorgeous, and many folks say their Wii games look much better on the Wii U. I would like to be among them!
Is there any way to fix this problem?

I have a quick question, and am wondering if anyone else has run into it? I was trying to transfer systems (From a basic WiiU to the 32gig model) and I got to the point where the transfer would not finish. and after 3 hours of trying to fix the issue, I had to cancel on both systems, which had the effect of deleting everything on both systems without transferring anything. So after that I had to put my ID back on the basic system, and I have been trying to get into the eshop in order to re-download the DLC and games I purchased. Though it will not allow me entrance in to the shop while giving me the error code of 107-6443, and yet when I try to find out what the error means I am having little to no luck, and I can not transfer because it requires to download the previous DLC I have purchased then it will also give off the same exact code as when entering the eshop. So if there is anyone around here who has heard of this or has ran into it, then I would appreciate whatever help you can give.
I'm stuck right now. I'm at the Wii U first time setup and I absolutely CANNOT connect to the modem. I tried EVERYthing including the IP address trick. Can anyone help me? (Using Eastlink)
We have been waiting for the rollout of the "profiles" feature on the Wii U Netflix for a while, that every system including the Wii has already. This is a problem in my household as I cannot allow my child to watch Netflix on the gamepad, hence not on the Wii U at all (which is less Wii U usage time that gets sent to the PS3 instead) because it automatically opens to my adult profile, instead of allowing the option of her going to her kid-friendly profile.
I chatted with Netflix support on this today, and was given this answer. "While we wouldn't be able to tell you when that will be available as Nintendo would need to make the necessary software adjustments so that our profile enabled app will work on the Wii U." So, it sounds like it is in your court, Nintendo. You have the family console, but I am having to shift my family to the PS3 for the all-important Netflix market because they are not able to go to their specific profiles.
Any plans for this? You're finally reaching a booming period for this system, with Mario Kart and the upcoming Smash Bros. Holiday sales are about to hit. Can you please help us get the modernized Netflix app with profiles?
After the release of 5.0 I noticed when I would turn on my system in anyway the Gamepad would read "Cannot connect to Wii U. Turn off Gamepad power and move closer to console then turn power back on" (Most of the time it will do this however sometimes it will power up properly). I've tried this many times. I've tried it without the external hard drive plugged into the console, I've tried it when the system wasn't near anything at all, just sitting in the middle of the room away from anything that could interfere with the connection. If I hold the power button the the system for 4 seconds to shut it down it will start up and play just fine. Also it will only happen for the first tie I boot up the console that day. each time after that it will start up no problems at all.
I'm thinking this has everything to do with the 5.0 patch because nothing like this had ever happened like this before the patch was launched.
I am not going to sent in my wii u console and get charge for a repair when it isn't even my fault that the console is acting up every since the 5.0 update and it is still acting up after the 5.2 update also nothing has change still have to do the samething everytime I want to play the wii u console.

anyone else fell like theyve been swindled?
I'm having a problem with my Wii U that I've had since late 2012. I put in any disc (Wii U or Wii), and it goes into the console just fine, but it stays in for about five seconds, spits it out about an inch before it sucks it back in, keeps trying for another two seconds, and then ejects the disc entirely. The whole time the console sounds like it's trying to pull the disc in as it normally would, but the sound doesn't stop when the disc is actually in the console. All my discs are well kept and are free of dirt, smudges, or scratches, but this still happens. Help please?
Is there an owners manual for the Fit Meter and is there anyway to tell when the battery needs replacing and what size battery does the Fit meter use???

Today Super Mario Wii U succumed. The kids were just playing it yesterday. Today - Invalid disc
It now joins the trade-in pile with Super Mario World 3D, and Super Luigi.
Our other games by other vendors seem to work okay with exception of X-men lego which hangs up.
The fact is, there is nothing wrong with these games that we paid $60, but our system can't read them, and only has problems with Nintendo specific games.
Of course I've googled this and know ours isn't the first case. But given the evidence it sure seems that the problem isn't entirely with our system. It works for other games with no problems.
But when it comes to Mama Nintendo, we're currently a Marioless home. And that's a sad place to be!

Hey everyone, the search did not return any results for Gyroscope, though on other forums this has been an issue. Anyway:
My WiiU gamepad Gyroscope seems to be broken. On games like Wind Waker HD, when in first person, the camera rapidly jitters to the left constantly, no matter what I do. I've recalibrated it countless times, reset the console, re-synced the controller, all to no avail. When I turn off the gyroscope in the settings, I can use the stick to look around just fine. So it has to be the gyroscope. Other forums suggest tapping on the edges of the remote because the gyroscope tends to get stuck, but I dont want to go around beating my gamepad.
Does anyone have a fix for this? If not, can someone link me to the proper warranty channels that doesnt assume I broke it by dropping it? Because im extremely careful with my equipment, and drop damage is not covered by waranty. Please help. Any assistance is appreciated.
