Network Connection Error Xenoblade X
About 2 days ago, I was playing the multiplayer on Xenoblade Chronicles X. Nothing weird was going on until one match, everything on my screen disappeared except for a few characters. It looked like the game broke, or a major glitch occurred, but after a few seconds, the screen faded black and I was back in the area I was in before I joined the multiplayer room. I've never seen anything like that happened and it was the first time it occurred until a few hours ago. The exact same thing happened. When I came back, a text box popped up saying something about a network connection error (no error code or anything).I don't know what this is. Is it my internet? (Although my internet was just fine when it happened) or is it my Wii U?
Just as I was typing this, I saw a message from another player in the game saying that they just had some connection error, which was probably the same thing that happened with me. Is this normal? Will this network error start to occur more frequently from now on? I'm just wondering because I'm afraid this will ruin my multiplayer experience with the game and potentially the other players' multiplayer too.

Wii U Gamepad deleting letters as I type
I was wondering if anyone has a solution to a recent problem we have encountered with our Gamepad.
Everything works, except when you try to type a word, or password, or even a code.
We used parental control for our children. Typing worked fine. Not sure if is related to the most recent update, but two weeks ago, the pad started to delete every single digit or letter we typed. You can see the letter for a second, and then the delete button (on the digital keyboard) acts by itself and deletes the word within that second.
I had seen someone post a similar issue on the forum, but did not receive any specific help. If you know how to fix this, please reply. Thank you in advance.

Can the gamepad's tv remote feature change a cable box's channels?
My cable company works by a box, so the only functions that I can use are volume control, input switch, and the power button.

Harassing friend request
I was playing Splatoon online and I received a friend request from a Japanese player afterward. The 'User's Message' field contained Japanese text translating to 'Die black cockroach' (I was using an Inkling with a darker skin tone). Can I report this person somehow or is the only possible course of action to block them?

Where's my game? And why is it so hard to contact nintendo.
Within the past few months, my ceiling began leaking and ruined my wii u (2/16/2016) in it i had skyward sword, a wii game. i paid the money, sent in my system to get fix. i got my system back a week later, no game inside. i contacted nintendo as soon as i realized this, which admitadly was a few days later, because i was busy and did not have the time to test it out. When i called, the representative had me check inside and outside the box. absolutely nothing. he said he wouldnt know where else it was and said he would contact the actual repair team. this was end of february, early march. i haven't heard from them since. I had forgotten, because i was in the middle of job hunting and it had slipped my mind. Luckily, good old nintendo, sent me an email saying "hey, buy zelda games" well Gee nintendo, i sure would love to, but wait a minute, i never got the one back i had already paid for.
Now a matter of contacting. i understand that to call, there's certain hours. and im sure it goes the same for the chat option, if there were one. i know i saw it say there was a chat option, but when i click "contact us" all i get is call. then when i call, it tells me to go back to the site where it told me to call in the first place. then there's no way to email them, so now im stuck on this stupid forum trying to ask for help, and hopefully get someones attention.

and then it says up top that i'm USA which i'm not (i'm Canadian)

Wii u gamepad not responding
My wii u hasn't been used in a long time, and I decided to boot it up today. However, nothing I do on the gamepad responds. Except the touchscreen and the L and R buttons.
Unfortunately, the touchscreen isn't very responsive for some reason, despite calibrating it many times. Resyncing the pad hasn't helped either. Can this be fixed, or do I need to send it for repairs?

Splatoon's Blackbelly Skatepark is Broken
We have been playing Splatoon since last fall and I cannot understand why you have not gotten rid of Blackbelly Skatepark. Although the design of the stage has been quite well made and I am certain that in your test network the stage works perfectly. However, over the real-world Internet the stage is almost unplayable. I do understand that every stage can have its problems, I can accept dropped connections and I have seen dropped connections on every stage. But Blackbelly Skatepark is far more problematic than a simple disconnect. I have played far too many games in Blackbelly Skatepark where I have hit an opponent more than 10 times without killing them and then they take one shot at me and I die. To add to the frustration, the rounded surfaces in the stage require such a high volume of data flow that if there is even a slight delay over the Internet, your ink does not show up for 2, 3 or even 4 seconds. (Yes, I have timed it.) In a game where every second counts these delays are unacceptable.
I am a level 50 player and I have taken two different weapons to their maximum scores of 999,999 points, I have another gun at 470,000 points so as you can see I am not a casual player but a dedicated fan of the game. Blackbelly Skatepark, however, is so frustrating to play that it amost makes me want to abandon the game completely and over the months we have owned the game, the issues with Blackbelly Skatepark have become worse. As more and more gamers purchase the game and your servers are called upon to deal with more and more clients, the inadequate design of the Skatepark has become more and more frustrating. It completely ruined the last Splatfest.
Quite frankly the complexity of the level and the level of detail than must be successfully transmitted is too much for a real-world Internet connection. Please! Fix Blackbelly Skatepark or else just delete it.

strange, piercing sound from WiiU
My son was in the middle of playing Fifa 15 when all of a sudden the Wii U began emitting this strange sound. We unplugged the Wii U, but it continued after we plugged it in again. We checked the TV, but it worked fine with our cable. We reset the WiFi, but it's fine. It made the same sound when we put another game in (MarioKart).
Any ideas?

Twilight Princess HD Input Lag
I wanted to report a technical problem with Twilight Princess HD for Wii U regarding input lag in the game (as in, a button is pressed, and the game's response is delayed on the TV). Before I go any further, I've tested the game on my HDTV and an old CRT television. The CRT should be lagless, but the lag I'm experiencing on the HDTV is carrying over, so it is very clearly a problem on the programming side. I've also tested the Wii version of the game from 2006 on my HDTV, and the lag is not present there, either. I've done my homework. Now, the instances of lag...
I've noticed a delay when forward rolling, releasing arrows (very slight), and sword swinging/wolf attacking (especially wolf attacking). It's weird...especially considering that sidesteps and leap attacks with the sword all seem very responsive, as do other functions. It's a mixed bag. And it's unfortunate. Nintendo always polishes these control woes out of their games, but Twilight Princess HD flew under the radar, I guess. I also worry that, had this been a game demanding quick reflexes such as a Mario or Star Fox...such lag would render the games near unplayable.
I hope this is an issue that can be fixed through an update, as it does take a player out of the game when they realize their actions on screen are slower than they should be.

Constant Disconnects in Splatoon With Wired Connection
I use a wired connection/LAN adapter with my Wii U. Ever since I got a wired connection I havent had any problems at all with playing online on splatoon. I have played dozens of matches with wired and have gotten disconnected only once or twice. However, I tried to play today after not playing for a few weeks and now I get disconnected literally every match within the first 30 seconds. I've unplugged and re-plugged the ethernet cable, LAN adapter and so on, and tested the connection on the wii U and it connects to the internet just fine. I haven't checked if something has gotten changed on the router yet however. If it helps any, it seems like other people get disconnected too, but I could be wrong. Most of the icons at the top of the screen that show the four players on each team will be greyed out every time I disconnect and sometimes I see other players poof when the connection gets unstable right before I disconnect.

invalid password??!??!?
For the most part loging into an account is pretty easy.Whether it's my Nintendo Account or the E Shop, its always the same deal. I enter my username and my saved password is auto filled. Since the realese of Miitomo I've had to manually input my password a few different times, linking my Nintendo network ID's between the Wii U and 3DS, some software updates on the Wii U. Shouldnt be a big deal but everytime I enter my password the system tells me its wrong. So i hit " I forgot", enter the new temp thats emailed to me, change it back to what it was originally, and then finally log in. I have done this three of four times in the last week. Every time I try to log in (with the same password, its not like im legitimately forgetting it) it tells me its invalid and I have to "forget" "temp" & "change". Whats the deal? Anybody have this issue?

Game Can't Update
I've gotten a game for my Wii U recently, and it takes up most of the data on the console. I've transferred all other data to external hard-drives, but the game takes up so much room on the console that I can't update it. And since I can't update it, I can't move it to a different hard-drive or delete it. Is there anything I can do, or will my game need to update forever. The game is LEGO Dimensions, if that helps.

Game and Watch Gallery 4 for Wii U VC - Can't be completed?
Picked up G&W Gallery 4 for the Wii U VC. I love the G&W games - old favorites from my younger years. I keep all the DSiWare and VC downloads on my 3DS as well.
Anywhoo, wasn't until I was back in it playing around, I remembered - Boxing was a 2-Player game in "hard" mode, requiring a second GBA and a Link Cable (supported download play, so that's a plus). However, as this isn't supported on the Wii U, it means this mode can't be played.
Completing this mode is required for obtaining the last ten stars - which you need to complete the game and unlock everything.
Am I missing some other way to obtain these stars?

Zelda Twilight Princess Wii U Glitch
I have found a glitch that won't let me advance in the Wii U version of Twilight Princess. After jumping off the Great Bridge Of Hylia as Wolf Link and into Lake Hylia, I talk to the clown known as Fyer who is supposed to trigger a cutscene where he spots an enemy nearby. Is there a patch for this glitch? I am stuck in Lake Hylia as Wolf Link and the mini-boss cutscene is not being triggered.

i have a game disk and a digital copy of the same game, then did i can erase the digital game version, "without lost savegame and update" ?
The digital copy is on an external WesternDigital HDD USB 2.0/3.0 with power supply.
i have the same game on game disk and on digital copy.
Also, ... after erasing just the game digital copy "not savegame and not update", then did i can copy/use savegame and update to WiiU console memory, and after use only the game disk ?
